Notebook Wars 3: Unleashed – Guidology’s OFFICIAL Review
Nov 24th
Notebook Wars is a fantastic shooter that continues to be popular over the years with its solid top-down shooter gameplay and unique art. Now, Notebooks Wars 3: Unleashed is making a splash as it continues the excellence that was present in the previous games. Similar to the original Notebook Wars and its sequel, Notebook Wars 3: Unleashed lives up to its name with small air wars on, seemingly, a pieces of notebook paper. Throughout the game you’ll be able to upgrade your ship. It will start out with relatively weak guns and armor, but as you progress you’ll be able to upgrade More >
Notebook Wars 3 – Guidology’s OFFICIAL Review
Jun 9th
Notebook Wars 3 is finally out and is better than ever! Take to the skies with a whopping forty different ships and twenty different weapons to equip yourself with (compared to only ten different ships and ten different weapons in Notebook Wars 2). The game has a bunch of different levels, including two different modes, “normal” and “frenetic,” which is much like easy and hard modes that you’ll see in other games. It also features a survival mode that’ll send endless swarms of enemies after you. Try to upgrade your ships as much as possible and buy the strongest weapons More >
Stike Force Heroes – Guidology’s OFFICIAL Review
Jun 1st
Strike Force Heroes is a new shooter game by JuiceTin, who also helped develop the Raze series. Both of the gameplays are very similar, but Strike Force Heroes definitely brings a bit more to the table if you ask me, with 65 different weapons, four unique classes and play styles, customizable characters, as well as special abilities and killstreak rewards. While the game is very much similar to Raze and Raze 2, this game separates itself with fun and unique gameplay that allows you to level up different soldiers giving you the option to specialize in specific weapons and play styles. If More >
Enigmata: Stellar War – Guidology’s OFFICIAL Review
May 29th
Enigmata: Stellar War is the newest game by KidGamez, developer of two other Enigmata games, which are seemingly part of another series, at least part of another genre. Unfortunately, I’m not too familiar with the storyline, but, Enigmata: Stellar War takes the stance of a lone squad of warriors revolting against the current leader of their galaxy, for various reasons. The gameplay is unlike the previous games. In the previous games it was much more of a space shooter, with an independent, maneuverable ship, but in Enigmata: Stellar War, it is much more of a tower defense game, with excellent More >

Mar 3rd
It official, the first beta of The Last Stand: Dead Zone is out and on Facebook. You can join the beta simply by going to The Last Stand page on Facebook and hitting the “Like” button. It seems that with every new game, Con Artist continues to change the gameplay of the Last Stand dramatically. This time around it is in the new Stage3D format (formerly called Molehill) which we haven’t seen a lot of since it has only recently come out. This allows for the game to be played in super high quality. There’s not a lot I can More >
Awaken: Front Line – Guidology’s OFFICIAL Review!
Feb 25th
Awaken: Front Line is a new and challenging shooter strategy game where you must defend the city from mutant. The mutants are an experiment gone extremely wrong by the military in attempts to create a super-soldier. In this game, you are sent into the city with three gunman and you must upgrade them, buy them new equipment and guns, to defend against evermore dangerous waves of mutants. This is truly a challenging game that’ll take you a few runs to find a rythm and maximized your survival chances. I’d like to think of Awaken: Front Line as a top-down The More >

Jan 18th
Con Artist Games recently announced their latest game The Last Stand: Dead Zone. They’ve also launched a teaser trailer for the game, viewable below. With their last game, Con Artist has been trying to steer The Last Stand in a new direction and this was answered with The Last Stand Union city, which was an RPG where you had to travel through different parts of Union City and eventually escape from there. They’ve decided to take yet another direction and this time you play as a survivor who has been stranded in the city. Luckily, you’ve found other survivors and More >

XenoSquad is a wonderful new tactical turn-based shooter game where your squad is sent on various missions, taking out hazardous beasts along the way. Between your missions you can equip your soldiers with different weapons and upgrade them with different stats. As the game progresses, so does the difficulty and larger, more threatening monsters will start to appear.
