Kongregate and Swords of Potions Team Up to Donate to Child’s Play! Learn How You Can Help!

Some of you may already know about Child’s Play, but other’s may not. Child’s Play is a non-profit organization to give child in hospitals around North America, Europe and Northern Africa, during the holiday season, console games to brighten up their season. So far, out of the two-million dollars they want to raise this year, they’ve already reached one-and-a-half-million dollars and according to the official site, this is a new record for the largest amount donated in the shortest time period. Epic War MMO – Now in the Works!

Rudy Sudarto, the developer of the Epic War series, who recently released Epic War 5, is now planning on making a MMO Epic War game that bring the game into a new dimension of multiplayer fun! Rudy has created a thread on Kongregate looking for suggestions for the new game. Kongregate Unveils New Site Redesign

Kongregate has just unveiled its latest site redesign. This time, all of the main changes are effecting the header of the site and the footer of the site. The original bar dark gray bar that’d cut the header from the content of the page, that included links to the home page, the achievements page, the games page, the community page, the developers help page and the general help/conduct page has been removed, along with their sub-categories. Kongregate Now Introducing Unity Badges!

After a long wait, Unity games are finally being badged on Kongregate! Why the long wait you ask? As some of you may be aware of, through your own personal experiences or through others, Unity is not available for everyone and people using Linux will not be able to play Unity games. Since the release of the Kongregate Arcade App, which is available for Flash compatible Android phones, over 300,000 people have joined! If you don’t know what the Kongregate App is, it has hundreds of Kongregate games, all prepared to play on your Android phone. Anyway, Kongregate is now started up a contest with 25,000 USD on the line! Kongregate wants YOU to develop a mobile game for their app!
